Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in INR. Prices or availability may change without notice. The price at checkout is final.

We accept secure payments through Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Payments are processed via encrypted, secure channels. Heartcrafted does not store any sensitive card data.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Areas
Heartcrafted delivers across India. Delivery time depends on your location, order volume, and courier timelines.
Delivery Responsibility
Risk transfers to you once the package is delivered. Please check the package on arrival and inform us immediately if anything is damaged.
6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Return Policy
Custom products (magazines, personalized gifts, ribbon roses with names, custom hampers) are non-returnable. Non-custom products may be eligible for return within 3 days if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible products are processed within 5–10 working days. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
Content Ownership
All images, designs, custom templates, product layouts, and logos belong to Heartcrafted. You cannot reuse or copy our content without permission.
User Content
When you upload photos or text for customization, you confirm that you own the rights to that content and allow us to use it for your order.
